Student Administrative Services

• ClearTrack/Part 200 Management System Assists districts with the electronic management of individual education plans for special education students. Clear Track is a web-based product that provides convenient and user-friendly access for teachers.  Power users will also find the software to be both easy to use and powerful.  All documents associated with the management of the IEP process for students are supported.  This software enables districts to generate all mandated Special Education management reports (PD reports).

• Norm Referenced and NYS Test Scoring  Facilitates the administration, scoring and reporting of a variety of tests used to measure student ability and performance. NERIC automates the loading of assessment data to the data warehouse for those districts that use the Test Scoring Service for NYS Assessments.

• Student Information Systems
  NERIC supports several Student Information Systems, which help districts manage their schools’ student administrative functions.  Each system provides for the core management components:  enrollment, daily and class attendance, student discipline, scheduling (current- and next-year), mark reporting, and transcripts.  Each supported system has somewhat different characteristics.  Districts are encouraged to compare the supported products to determine which best meets their needs: eSchoolData, SchoolTool and StarBase.
