ELA / Math Individual Student Report (ISR) Printing/Mailing Service

We are very pleased to announce that we are continuing with the expanded printing/mailing service for printing the Individual Student Reports (ISRs).  We offer 9 options; most notably are the options which collate the ELA and Math ISRs together for the same student, merge that together with a district cover letter to parents, fold the reports and cover letter, and seal them in a window envelop ready to be mailed home.  Two options (#1 for color and #5 for black & white) even include mailing them for you at a reduced postal rate.  Below see the order form for a description of all 9 options.

If you are interested in obtaining printing services for your Individual Student Reports for the 3-8 ELA and Math, please complete the order form as well as all paperwork/files that pertain to the option or options you are ordering; see below.  The order form is 2-pages, please read page 2 for a full description of what is required for each option.    The deadline for ordering the NERIC ISR Printing/Mailing Service is Friday, May 22, 2009.  Orders received after 5/22/09 can only be filled if ordering Options 4, 8, and/or 9. 

As in past years, this service will be billed to your district during the next fiscal year (2009-10).  Please be sure to have the order form signed by someone who can authorize expenditures.
